29 September 2024 Rahukaal

04:30 PM to 06:00 PM

What to do and what not to do- It is the Dwadashi date of Krishna Paksha of Ashwin month. Pitru Paksha is going on. Today is Dwadashi Shradh Day. Do perform Shradh for your ancestors. You can keep the holy fast of Pradosh today. Worship Lord Shiva. Shankar Ji is a benevolent, protector, and troubleshooter. His devotion is liberating. He destroys troubles. All planets remain happy by worshipping Bhole Nath ji. After visiting Lord Shiva in the temple in the morning, do Rudrabhishek and then keep fast throughout the day. In the evening, during Pradosh Kaal i.e. 45 minutes before sunset to 45 minutes after sunset, reach Shiva temple and worship him. Eat fruits in the evening. Do recite Durgasaptashati. Do Sankirtan of God's name. Perform Shradh for ancestors regularly in Pitru Paksha. Feed roti, jaggery, and food to the cow. Feed crows daily. Perform tarpan regularly during Shraddha Paksha and definitely perform Shraddha on the day of the tithi. Touch the feet of father, mother, Guru, and elder brother and take their blessings. Never tell a lie about Pradosh.
