Well for starters, Agos has set a goal that is close to reality and practical without being ludicrous, while also emphasizing the importance of putting in the required efforts while taking small calculative steps. - Start Counting Calories and Watch What You Eat

You will not really understand how much you are consuming if you do not pay attention. The fitness coach asked her fans to try learning how to track what they eat as an additional opportunity. “As you get this organized, don’t forget, nobody forces you to do this. There is something that you need to accomplish. So, when it feels too much or you're quite trouble, remember the reason for this goal,” she said.

- Take More Walks

Walking is THE most underrated exercise of all. Indya recommended that you try to get around 2000 more steps in everyday or at least a half hour walk daily if you intend to lose 5 kilograms in five weeks. “Especially, when you are saying ‘I DON’T FEEL LIKE DOIN IT’.” She noted.

- Food Should Be Enjoyed Set Reasonable Goals For Yourself

The weight loss Louisiana fitness expert recommended that if you are aiming to lose 5 kg within a span of 35 days (or through out your weight loss journey) avoid all your favorite foods that will not fit into your macros. “This will assist you in easing up that ‘everything or never’ mentality and also prevent possible binge eating. - Ensure Adequate Protein and Fibre

According to Indya, a high-fat diet will only work when protein is in place because muscle is built, and muscle burns fat. “Fibre is the most crucial ingredient that makes you want to eat less for a long time. These two combined are the secret,” she said further.

- Show Compassion to Yourself + Be Forgetful of Perfection

Most importantly, while on your weight loss journey, show compassion to yourself and targets which are achievable. “Don’t forget that consistency is the secret to results, and the only way that we can be consistent is if it's achievable for us and our lifestyle,” the weight loss coach perspective clarified.
