Adani Group: Adani Group has merged its two subsidiary units with Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), a firm manufacturing green hydrogen and wind turbines. The group's flagship company Adani Enterprises Limited informed the stock market about this merger. Adani Enterprises said that Adani Infrastructure Private Limited and Mundra Solar Technology Limited have merged with our full subsidiary Adani New Industries Limited.

Adani Infrastructure Business

The merged Adani Infrastructure Private Limited and Mundra Solar Technology Limited are subsidiaries of the subsidiary. Adani Infrastructure and Developers operates as a real estate company.

It provides engineering, technology, and commercial, project management services along with the construction and development of thermal and solar power projects. Mundra Solar Technology is involved in the business of generation, collection, and distribution of electricity.

low carbon emission projects

Adani Enterprises' subsidiary Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL) runs low-carbon emission projects. It manufactures green hydrogen projects, windmills, and solar module batteries. French energy giant TotalEnergies holds a 25 percent stake in ANIL while Adani Enterprises holds the remaining stake.
