This news has come about Trump's possible intention, which reflects a new political change with Ray's resignation. Trump appointed Ray as FBI Director in 2017 and now he is keen to bring Indian-American officer Kash Patel to this post.

Incidents linked between Adani Group and FBI
The resignation of FBI Director Chris Wray highlights the possibility of the return to power of the Trump administration, which had earlier during its tenure removed Wray's predecessor James Comey from the post. Comey was removed due to the investigation of the 2016 campaign and alleged contacts with Russia. Meanwhile, charges have also been filed against Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani and six other individuals under the FBI, which shows a direct connection between the two incidents.
This surge came after a huge drop in the shares of Adani Group
The market capitalization of Adani Group shares fell by Rs 2.24 lakh crore following the US court order on November 21, which was the biggest one-day fall since the Hindenburg issue. However, now after the resignation of FBI director Chris Ray, Adani Group shares are seeing a rise again.
