In simpler terms, the exchange or impact which Hindenburg inflicted onto the Indian business conglomerate resulted in billions worth of damages to Adani. As stated in 2023 Adani group both interacted with a foreing based research firm Hindenburg wherein they made an anti report against the conglomerates image, resulting in massive loss. Hindenburg in calculations made has announced that the report made by them targeted Adani’s Group share market fared around billions of loss.

Moving between loss and recovery Adani group now seeks revenge against the previously made report, wherein their trust was shaken alongside funds which in turn deepened their loss. And even after the destruction Adani along with his group remained positive and still represented that ‘’All claims made by Hindenburg were false’’.

Why did Hindenburg Research leave?

The short seller's founder made it clear in the announcement that the decision had not been made because of "any coercion, sickness or any serious life challenge."
