Delhi Assembly Session Begins February 24
The first session of the newly formed Delhi Assembly will commence on February 24. The ruling BJP government has announced that pending CAG reports on the performance of the previous AAP government will be tabled in the House.
Atishi Responds to BJP’s CAG Report Claims
Atishi dismissed the BJP’s claims about the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report, stating that:
"As the Chief Minister, I forwarded the CAG report to the Speaker of the Delhi Assembly. These reports were sent in a sealed envelope to the Assembly prior to the elections. The BJP is attempting to create the false impression that they are presenting the CAG report. This misinformation needs to be exposed."
With Atishi now leading the Opposition, AAP is preparing to challenge the BJP government while pushing back against allegations regarding its past performance.
