Baba Siddique Killer: The court has sent Gurmeet Singh, an accused in the murder of Baba Siddique, to police custody till October 21. The police will now question Gurmel about the people and the motive behind the murder. If the police succeed in extracting the secret from Gurmel, then the motive behind the murder of Baba Siddique will be known.
A decision on Dharmaraj Kashyap is yet to be made.
The court has not sent the second accused Dharmaraj Kashyap, arrested in the murder of Baba Siddiqui, to police custody. The court has directed to present the second accused again after the ossification test.
