Baba Siddiqui Murder Case: The Mumbai Crime Branch has made shocking revelations in the murder case of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui. Investigation has revealed that Sujit Singh, who was recently arrested from Ludhiana, had direct contact with Lawrence's brother Anmol Bishnoi. During the court appearance on Saturday, the government side confirmed the relationship between Anmol and Sujit.

Investigation has revealed that Anmol Bishnoi had instructed Sujit to plot the murder of Baba Siddiqui. It is alleged that Anmol provided the necessary weapons and funding for this murder. Police say that Anmol Bishnoi contacted Sujit from Portugal through a virtual ID and hatched a conspiracy to murder.

The conspiracy was being operated from Portugal through a virtual ID

According to the Crime Branch, Anmol Bishnoi used to communicate with Sujeet using the virtual ID +351 from Portugal. Anmol asked Sujeet to plan the murder along with two other associates, Shubham Lonkar and Zeeshan Akhtar. Both the associates are still absconding.

Network of criminals and arrest

Police said that Sujit had been in contact with Zeeshan Akhtar for a long time and had connected with Nitin Sapre and Ram Kannaujiya through Facebook a few months ago. Sujit involved all of them in the murder conspiracy and also got Siddiqui's house and office recced. Sujit had introduced himself to his associates as "Babbu Singh" by hiding his real identity. On Saturday, the court sent seven accused including the main accused Sujit Singh to police custody, while three accused have been kept in judicial custody.
