Bennett University in association with Pernod Ricard India Foundation ( PRIF ) on the occasion of National Girl Child Day has announced the PRIF Scholarship in STEAM Education for Women. This is a first-of-its-kind initiative. The scholarship aims to encourage deserving women to enroll at Bennett University Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Women can enroll in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths (STEAM) and will be provided financial assistance to fulfill their dreams of further education.

PRIF undertakes various charitable activities. These include environmental sustainability, preventive health care, promotion of education, and livelihood enhancement programs. The foundation has positively impacted the lives of more than 8 lakh people across 10 states through 43 different programs focusing on education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and good governance . This scholarship program with Bennett strengthens PRIF's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in education. Especially in STEAM subjects.

What is STEAM education?

STEAM is actually a group of subjects that involve creative thinking and artistic skills like design. This name comes from STEM. By adding art to it, it is called STEAM. We have mentioned above about the subjects included in it, which are - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths.

Bennett University has taken the initiative to develop this scholarship program. Through this, promising candidates will not only get financial help but they will also get the right guidance. This will also enhance their academic experience.
