Budhni, Vijaypur MP upchunav Result, (Budhni, Vijaypur by-election result 2024) MP By Election Results Today LIVE Updates: Counting of votes for the by-elections held on Budhni and Vijaypur assembly seats in Madhya Pradesh will start shortly. Let us tell you that the counting of votes will be done in 21 rounds in Vijaynagar and 13 rounds in Budhni. Voting trends will start coming from 9 in the morning.
Notably, former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had resigned from the Budhni assembly seat after being elected MP, while the Vijaypur seat in Sheopur district fell vacant after Congress MLA Ramniwas Rawat joined the BJP and resigned from the MLA post.

Who is contesting the election from where?

This time 20 candidates have tried their luck from Budhni assembly seat. The prestige of Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who has been elected MLA from Budhni seat five times, is at stake. Even though he is not contesting the elections, Budhni's seat has been a strong bastion of BJP.
If we talk about the Vijaypur seat, then the state's Forest Minister Ramniwas Rawat is in direct competition with senior Congress leader Mukesh Malhotra. This time 11 candidates contested for the Vijaypur seat whose fate will be decided shortly.
