A total of 1,963 candidates have qualified for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) under the CSIR JRF Scheme and they are also eligible for Assistant Professor posts subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the UGC.

Around 3,172 candidates are eligible for admission to Assistant Professor and PhD under Category 2. A total of 10,969 candidates are eligible for admission to PhD under Category 3 only.
