Diffusion Engineers Share Price : Diffusion Engineers shares made a strong debut in the stock market in October 4 trading, listing on the NSE at Rs 193.5 per share, up 15.18 percent from the IPO price. Its price band was Rs 159-168 per share. The shares are listed on the BSE at Rs 188 per share, a premium of about 12 percent.

According to the GMP tracking platform, Diffusion Engineers shares were trading at a grey market premium of Rs 168 per share in the unlisted market on Friday. The listing gains are higher than grey market estimates.

How much was subscribed

Diffusion Engineers IPO was subscribed 114.50 times on the last day of bidding on September 30. Bids were received for 17.93 crore shares against 65.98 lakh shares in the initial share sale. The issue raised Rs 47.14 crore from anchor investors.

About the Company

Established in 1982, Diffusion Engineers Ltd. manufactures welding consumables, wear plates, parts, and heavy machinery for core industries. The company provides repair and reconditioning services for heavy machinery and also trades wear protection powder, welding, and cutting machines. It operates four manufacturing units, three of which are located in Hingna Industrial Area, Nagpur, while the fourth, in Khapri (Uma), Nagpur, handles product processing and manufacturing.
