Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Tesla CEO Elon Musk at the Blair House in Washington on Thursday, where the billionaire entrepreneur presented a special gift to the Indian leader. Musk, accompanied by his partner Shivon Zilis and his three children, gave PM Modi a unique heatshield tile from SpaceX's Starship. The tile, which flew on Starship's test flight 5 in October 2024, is a hexagonal ceramic piece designed to protect the spacecraft during atmospheric re-entry. The tile was engraved with the words: "Starship Flight Test 5. October 13, 2024."

This test flight, conducted from South Texas, was a significant milestone for SpaceX as it successfully captured the Super Heavy booster at the launch site, marking a major achievement for the company.
