Drink this golden juice first thing in the morning.
To make it, you have to put a piece of raw turmeric, 1 amla, a piece of ginger, 4-5 black pepper, and 3-4 curry leaves in a blender jar and then add half a cup of water. After that blend it well. Filter this juice with the help of a sieve and take it out in a vessel. Consume it regularly on an empty stomach in the morning. Along with reducing your body fat, it will also bring a golden glow to your skin.
Eat this thing for breakfast.
You have to have your breakfast between 8.30 and 9. During this time, you have to eat a special paneer roll, which is very easy to make. For this, you have to knead one cup of wheat flour first. Keep in mind that you have to keep the dough a little soft.
After that, to prepare the stuffing of the roll, you have to put 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan. Add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry it, when the cumin seeds start to fry, add 1 chopped green chili. Chop ginger and garlic and add it and fry lightly. Now add half a teaspoon of coriander, red chili, and turmeric powder and fry for a few seconds. Now add tomato paste and salt, and cook it too. Now you have to add chopped onion, and chopped capsicum. Fry it lightly and cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. Finally, add 50 grams of paneer, mix and your stuffing is ready.
Now prepare 1 roti of the dough. Place the stuffing on the roti and add coriander mint chutney. Roll the roti and enjoy it. You can have curd or coffee with it. But do not add too much sugar.
Mid-morning snack
During this time, you can eat any seasonal fruit to satisfy your hunger pangs. Or, apart from this, you can drink a beetroot smoothie or juice.
Lunch
You can have bean salad during lunch. For this, you have to boil white chickpeas, rajma, lobia dal, soybean, or moong dal soaked in water for 7-8 hours and put them in a bowl. Add onion, tomato, capsicum, some spices,, and 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix it. Eat it. But keep in mind that you have to take all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Apart from this, you can make and eat black gram and cheese chaat or you can have moong dal chaat.
If you want, you can also make 1 oats cheela and eat it. Along with this, you have to take a plate of vegetable salad. But do not use salt in it.
Evening Snack
To satisfy your hunger in the evening, you can drink coconut water or green tea. You can have roasted gram with it.

You can have a soybean bowl for dinner. For this, you have to take a bowl of soybeans and wash it thoroughly and put them in a cooker with salt, and put them to boil. Cook till 3-4 whistles.
After that, put a frying pan on the gas and add 1 teaspoon of oil to it. Add cumin seeds, red chili, turmeric, ginger, and garlic, and fry lightly, and then add chopped onion and tomato to it. Add some salt on top and mix it and cover and cook for 5-10 minutes. After cooling this paste, grind it in a mixer and keep it aside.
Now you have to put a pan on the gas again and add the spice paste in it and cook it by adding some water. After that add boiled soybeans and mix it. Cover it and cook for 5-10 minutes and your high-protein recipe is ready.
