Rajasthan Free Scooty Scheme : The public welfare schemes of the Rajasthan government are proving to help make the lives of the disabled better and easier. In this episode, specially-abled applicants eligible for free scooty will be able to submit applications till 30 November 2024. District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni has appealed to the disabled who have more than 40 percent locomotor disability, who are studying in a recognized university/college, or are employed to apply online for free scooty.

What is the eligibility?

The disabled persons who are studying and the disabled persons who are employed will have to apply online through SJMS DSAP from e-Mitra or SSO portal along with the original documents like date of birth, native place, 40 percent disability certificate, affidavit of not receiving scooty from Government of India / Government of Rajasthan in the last 8 years, photo of self showing disability, Aadhar card, Jan Aadhar card, etc.

An affidavit of income will have to be given.

Youth receiving special disabled pension will have to submit an affidavit of Rs 2 lakh annual income from all sources of pension PPO and employed disabled people. Such applicants who have already applied on the scooty online portal and have been deprived of scooty, will have to apply again.
