On 14.01.2025, the prices of gold increased slightly. The price for ten grams of 22-carat gold was 73,300 RS, whereas the ten grams of 24-carat gold cost 79,960 RS. The weekly difference in price of 24-karat gold has been 1.19 %, whilst its monthly difference stood at 2.22 %.
On January 19, in the Indian domestic future market, gold prices were slightly better as positive cues from the international market came out, and the US dollar weakened also which does serve the investors but the market still remains cautious owing to expected trade policies from Trump and the probable outlook for the interest rates by the Federal Reserve. February 5th expiry MCX Gold rose by 0.08 percent to Rs 78,228 per 10g.
