A total of 58,545 files were reviewed and 15,816 files were removed. 15,847 sq ft of free space was gained due to physical files and scrap disposal and revenue of Rs 16,39,452 was generated. All Public Grievances, PG Appeals, and Rules for Simplification identified as targets in terms of disposal of pending cases have been disposed of. A total of 300 Swachhata Abhiyans were conducted by DPIIT at 70 locations across the country. DPIIT and its organizations adopted several best practices, the release said.
