Hindenburg Research : After the revelations on the Adani Group last year, Hindenburg Research has hinted at another 'big' revelation in India. The American short seller has hinted at this in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday. Short-selling firm Hindenburg has said on its social media handle that it may soon make another big disclosure related to an Indian company. The company wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on August 10 that something big will happen in India soon.

A report was published on the Adani Group

On January 24 last year, Hindenburg Research published a report related to the Adani Group just before the FPO of Adani Enterprises. After the release of this report, the market cap of Adani Group shares fell by $ 86 billion and a massive sell-off of its foreign-listed bonds started.

After the Hindenburg report on Adani Group last year, once again all eyes are on the next move of the American short seller company.

SEBI's new disclosure

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has revealed new developments in the ongoing Adani-Hindenburg case, shedding light on the relationship between US-based short-seller Hindenburg Research and New York hedge fund manager Mark Kingdon. According to SEBI, Hindenburg shared an advance copy of its report on the Adani Group with Kingdon about two months before the public release, thereby earning significant profits through strategic trading.
