
A devastating wedge tornado struck Tylertown, Mississippi, in Walthall County on Saturday afternoon, prompting a National Weather Service (NWS) tornado emergency for the region.
A dashcam video captured the enormous tornado, showing its massive size and a 2-mile-wide debris ball on radar.

Preliminary Tornado Assessment
Radar estimates suggest the tornado was a strong EF4, with wind speeds between 185-190 mph (possible range: 175-200 mph).
Final classification will be confirmed by the NWS after conducting damage surveys.
