IND vs BAN: Bangladesh team has reached Chennai for the two-match Test series to be played against India. The confident captain of the Bangla Tigers team has made his team's policy clear as soon as he reached India. Bangladesh captain Nazmul Hussain Shanto is worried about India's strength ahead of the upcoming Test series, but he feels that his team has 'extra confidence'.

It is worth noting that Bangladesh recently won a historic series by defeating Pakistan. This is the first time in a Test series. The team led by Nazmul Hussain Shanto won the series 2-0 over Asian rivals, which has boosted their confidence ahead of the big tour of India. Explaining the mindset of his team before the tour, Shanto said that they would play to win both the matches.

"It will be a challenging series for us, but after a good series against Pakistan, there is an added confidence in our team as well as everyone in the country. Every series is an opportunity and we will play to win both the matches. (We will focus on) the things we need to do to win. The process is important and we need to do our job properly," Nazmul Shanto was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.

The Bangladesh captain further added that "If we can do our job properly then definitely a good result is possible but still it is going to be very challenging. If you look at the rankings they are way ahead of us but recently we played a good series and the most important thing is how we can play good cricket. The result comes in the last session of five days and so if we can play good cricket then we have a chance to do well in the last session."
