IND vs PAK Hong Kong Sixes Scorecard : India suffered a defeat in the Hong Kong Super Sixes match against Pakistan on Friday (November 1). Robin Uthappa-led India Sixes scored 119/2 in their six overs but Pakistan achieved the target for the loss of 0 wickets with one over to spare.
India's captain Uthappa and Bharat Chipli gave the team a great start, but Uthappa was dismissed by Faheem Ashraf. Kedar Jadhav could not do anything special with the bat and could score only 8 runs. Chipli remained unbeaten after scoring 53 runs in 16 balls. Apart from this, India Six scored a big score due to Uthappa's 31 runs in 8 balls and later Manoj Tiwari's innings of 17 runs in 7 balls.
Pakistan achieved the target easily.
However, in reply, Pakistan Sixes achieved the target with ease. They did not lose any wickets while reaching the target and Muhammad Akhlaq and Asif Ali scored 40 and 55 runs respectively. Asif retired out while Akhlaq remained unbeaten and Faheem scored 22 runs from 5 balls.
None of the Indian bowlers like Stuart Binny, Jadhav, Shahbaz Nadeem, and Manoj Tiwary could take wickets, Nadeem bowled the most in two overs at an economy of 28.50 runs per over. Asif Ali hit 7 sixes in his innings, while Akhlaq hit 4 sixes. Faheem hit three more sixes and Pakistan defeated India.
