There is no offer-for-sale element to this IPO; it is a completely new issue of 75 lakh equity shares.

The funds ranging between ₹150 crore will be allocated for day to day activities of the business or to cover marginal asset requirements. The company was established in 2016 and was primarily working in the water engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) sector. The Karagada LIS project and the Byrapura and Hiremagalur LIS project were some of the significant projects. Some of these infrastructure include vadose recharge which are important for groundwater restoration.

The IPO lead manager is SMC Capitals, and they are working with Integrated Registry Management services, who are the registrars.
