Do not sleep during the day- If you want to sleep peacefully at night, then you should stop sleeping during the day. Due to sleeping for too long during the day, you may face difficulty in sleeping at night.
Take a bath with lukewarm water- You can remove all your tiredness by taking a bath with lukewarm water before going to bed at night. When your body feels relaxed, you will automatically fall into a deep sleep as soon as you lie down on the bed.
