Toshkhana case : Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has got bail in the Toshkhana case. Imran Khan is lodged in Adiala Jail in the corruption case. Bushra has come out after spending 265 days in jail. She has got this bail after almost 9 months. She also had to pay a bond of Rs 10 lakh in the Toshkhana case. Let us tell you that Bushra was arrested on January 31. The couple was found guilty of keeping and selling gifts in violation of government rules while in power. They were sentenced to 14 years in jail.

Islamabad High Court granted bail.

Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb granted bail to 50-year-old Bushra Bibi on a bond of Rs 1 million, Geo News reported. The court's decision brings relief to Bushra Bibi, who was arrested on January 31 after a court convicted her in a corruption case and sentenced the couple to 14 years in prison.

Justice questions FIA

During the hearing, Justice Aurangzeb questioned the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) investigating officer about the need for future interrogation of Bushra Bibi. The officer confirmed that there was no need for additional investigation, after which the judge granted bail. A source told Geo News that Bushra Bibi is not wanted or arrested in any other case, so she can be released after submitting the bail bond and completing the necessary procedures.
