PM Modi Celebrate Diwali with Soldiers: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said India cannot compromise on even an inch of its borders and people have faith in the strength of its armed forces to protect the country. Modi was addressing soldiers after celebrating Diwali with them in Gujarat's Kutch region. "Today India cannot compromise on even an inch of its borders. That is why our policies are in line with the resolve of our armed forces," Modi said.

While celebrating Diwali with soldiers in Kutch, PM Modi said that India cannot compromise even on an inch of its border, therefore our policies are aligned with the resolve of our armed forces. Our top priority is to develop infrastructure in border areas.

'We trust the determination of our soldiers, not the words of the enemies'

While celebrating Diwali with soldiers in Kutch, PM Modi told them that 'we have faith in the determination of our soldiers, not in the words of the enemies.' Modi said that the people of India feel that their country is safe because of you (soldiers). PM Modi told the soldiers, 'When the world looks at you, it sees the strength of India, but when the enemies look at you, they see the end of their nefarious conspiracies.'

PM Modi celebrated Diwali with soldiers near the Indo-Pak border in Kutch.

PM Modi on Thursday celebrated Deepawali with personnel of the Border Security Force (BSF), Army, Navy,, and Air Force near the Indo-Pak border in Gujarat's Kutch district. A BSF official said that after reaching Koteshwar in Kutch from Ekta Nagar, Prime Minister Modi reached Lucky Nala in the Sir Creek area. "He celebrated Deepawali by feeding sweets to the jawans," the official said. In a video shared by officials, Modi, dressed in a BSF uniform, can be seen distributing sweets to personnel on a patrol vessel.

Earlier, the Prime Minister paid floral tribute at the 'Statue of Unity' in Ekta Nagar on the birth anniversary of the country's first Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Patel's birth anniversary is celebrated as National Unity Day.
