Indigo flight: Expect long queues, increased waiting time, and slow check-in at IndiGo counters across India today, October 5. The airline is facing technical glitches. In a statement, IndiGo said that the airline is facing a "temporary system slowdown" across its network, which may result in long queues and slow check-in at airports.
IndiGo said in a series of posts on X, "#6ETravelAdvisory: We are currently experiencing a temporary system slowdown across our network, which is impacting our website and booking systems. Due to this, customers may experience increased wait times, including slower check-ins and longer queues at the airport."
Work is underway to resolve technical issues.
The airline further said that its team is working to resolve the technical glitch and restore operations to normalcy. "Our airport team is available and fully dedicated to assisting everyone and ensuring a smooth journey. Rest assured, we are working diligently to restore stability and normalcy as soon as possible," IndiGo said.
