If this problem is felt for 1 to 2 days during pregnancy, then there is nothing to worry about. Ways to Prevent Bleeding Gums in Pregnancy

If you are facing the problem of frequent bleeding of gums during pregnancy, then you can adopt the methods given below to prevent it.

- To avoid bleeding and swollen gums during pregnancy, brush twice a day. It is very important to brush before sleeping at night, so that the dirt accumulated on teeth and gums by eating throughout the day can be cleaned. Apart from brushing, use mint mouthwash to keep gums healthy.

- It is very important to keep the body hydrated to keep the gums healthy during pregnancy. For this, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking water frequently can prevent gums from becoming dry, due to which the problem of bleeding from the gums can be avoided.

- To prevent gum problems during pregnancy, take a diet rich in adequate amounts of calcium and Vitamin C.
