The National Testing Entity has published an announcement for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session-1 candidates who have uploaded photographs which do not fulfill the requirements. These applicants are now given the chance to replace the photos they have critically inappropriately uploaded so as to avoid their application being rejected in future.
Those whose photographs do not meet the specifications will be notified through an email along with an SMS. The candidates who are registered hence are required to use their credential logins and upload a New photograph from 16th January, 2025 to 17th January (11:50 pm) 2025
Photograph Specifications for JEE Main 2025
The photo must meet the requirements of being passport size, within the range of 10 KB to 300 KB.
The photo should be color with wide background while with a mask in 80 percent of face visible, must also include ears.
The photograph must be very clear and be in an appropriate format that is JPEG with the title photograph written on the file.
Spectacles may be used provided these are needed on a daily basis.
Polaroid or photos that are created on the computer does not meet the required standard and will not be accepted.
Photographs that are not clear or are incorrect are not allowed and these applications will be rejected.
Remember not to use fake, altered, or computer graphics images of yourself as this will lead to penalty in form of rejection of application. Everyone knows what Unfair Means means, thus do not engage in that behavior.
