The Sikh community says that their image has been portrayed wrongly in the film. Because of this, the Sikh community is demanding a ban on the film. Meanwhile, the Telangana government is also considering banning the film.
According to the report, a delegation of 18 parliamentary members of Telangana Society led by former IPS officer Tejdeep Kaur met government advisor Mohammad Shabir at the secretariat. In its petition, the Mandal said that the Sikh community has been shown as terrorists and anti-nationals in the film. Due to this, the image of the Sikh community will be damaged. The film hurts their sentiments.
Telangana government will ban emergency
Mohammad Shabbir said in a press release that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy assured the leaders of the Sikh community that the state government is taking legal recourse to ban Kangana's Emergency. Before the Telangana government, people of the Sikh community of Punjab have raised questions about this film. They demand that the film be banned. This film will be released in theaters on September 6. Kangana has also directed and produced this film.
