Other Stories Coming Out Of Delhi: A 45-year-old lawyer, Samir Mehendirta, was said to had died by divorce by using a gun on himself in the Mukherjee Nagar area of Delhi. Other sane individuals claim that the fact that a Divorce Lawyer was suing his wife in a contested divorce imputed persuasive evidence that he though about committing the act.  

It was reported that the tragic event happened roughly in the afternoon when Samir shooting himself allegedly occurred right after he was talking to his wife. The police sources told that whilst talking, Samir revealed that once he was done thinking he would end up taking such an extreme option. And sure enough he did, his wife reported the said distressing message and stopped talking to him.  

But by talking to him over the phone, his wife ensured that he was safe which in counseling implies reliance can move swiftly. He used to work as a lawyer in Tis Hazari court, however during the evening he died from injuries after being taken to the hospital. The situation is being looked after by the authorities for further understanding, however other contradictory opinions are emerging from people.

This comes in the wake of the ‘suicide’ of Puneet Khurana who was 40-year-old cafe owner from Delhi. He was apparently embroiled in an acrimonious divorce with his wife. Khurana was discovered hanging from a ceiling fan at his residence in Kalyan Vihar on Wednesday, accompanied by a 54-minute suicide video, allegedly recorded on the same day. He narrated his side of the dispute and its courting implications in the divorce: “I am about to commit suicide because I am being in fact tortured by my in-laws and my wife’. He stated on the video confession.

Khurana however denied all allegations and went on to accuse his wife and in-laws of levying new terms. They asked him midway through the divorce proceedings to also give them an extra ten lakh. He stated he could not manage because he had already straddled his parents. The couple reportedly had moved in along with their two children after getting into a bakery business together. There have been reports that business conflicts had soared between them a few months before his demise. The matter is under police scrutiny.
