Maharashtra new cm : The uncertainty over the chief minister in Maharashtra that had been going on for several days ended on Wednesday with the press conference of Shiv Sena president Eknath Shinde. The outgoing chief minister said that whatever decision the Bharatiya Janata Party leadership takes, he will accept it. He also said that the next CM of the state will be from BJP.

Speaking to reporters in Mumbai, Fadnavis said, “There have never been any differences between anyone in our Mahayuti. We have always made decisions together and even before the elections, we had said that after the elections, we would sit together and make a decision. Eknath Shinde has done the work of removing the doubts that were in the minds of the people. Soon we will sit with our leaders and take the appropriate decision.”

On the question of when the government will be formed, he smiled and said, "You people please wait for a little while longer." Before this, Eknath Shinde cleared the way for the next CM of Maharashtra in a press conference today. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision to make the CM will be final. He will accept the BJP CM.

He said, "There is no obstacle from my side to form the government in Maharashtra. Whatever decision PM Modi takes, I will accept it. I stand with PM Modi like a rock. PM Modi also stands with me like a rock. I will accept the Chief Minister of BJP. I accept the decision of PM Modi and Amit Shah. Whatever decision PM Modi takes, Shiv Sena accepts it. Mahayuti is strong and we are all ready to work together."
