Maharashtra Assembly Election: The Bharatiya Janata Party-led alliance is winning with a huge margin in Maharashtra. Counting is underway for 288 assembly seats. About three hours after the counting began, BJP is leading on 128 seats, Shiv Sena on 55 seats, NCP on 35, Congress on 20, Shiv Sena UBT on 17, and NCP Sharad Pawar on 20 seats. Others are leading on 19 seats. If these trends turn into results, the Mahayuti will register a huge victory in the state. BJP itself is leading on more than 120 seats. This will be a huge victory for the BJP. Nobody expected such a result. Despite the anti-incumbency wave, the ruling alliance's return to power in this manner has surprised everyone.

'Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana' brought fruit

Experts believe that the people of Maharashtra are satisfied with the Shinde government and its schemes. Women have especially shown great trust in the 'Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Behen Yojana'. It is believed that people have expressed faith in Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's slogan 'Batenge toh Katenge' and PM Modi's slogan 'Ek Hain toh Safe Hain'. These slogans have tried to unite the Hindu voters. Apart from this, the work of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) at the grassroots level has also connected people to the Mahayuti alliance. Maharashtra has compensated for the loss suffered by the NDA in the Lok Sabha elections with its election results.

MVA's hopes dashed

The election results of Maharashtra will also have an impact on national politics. The Maharashtra election results will be echoed in the winter session of Parliament starting from November 25. It is clear that the MVA constituents are not happy with this defeat in Maharashtra, they did not expect such a defeat. They were preparing to form the government and send their MLAs to Karnataka but the election trends dashed their hopes. The first reaction to the election trends of Maharashtra was given by Sanjay Raut of Shiv Sena UBT. Regarding the election results, Raut said that 'something is wrong'. He was referring to the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM). Raut said that BJP cannot win 120 seats on its own.

Ajit Pawar's strong performance in the elections

Mahayuti is winning the Maharashtra elections unilaterally. It is clear that NDA will form the government but there is suspense over the face of the CM post. Since the BJP is winning the maximum number of seats, it can put forward its own face for the CM post. Anyway, Devendra Fadnavis has already presented his claim for this post. But it remains to be seen whether Eknath Shinde agrees to it or not. In this Maharashtra election, Ajit Pawar's NCP has performed very well. Ajit has defeated his uncle Sharad Pawar in the electoral arena. Ajit's NCP has managed to win more seats.
