One Nation One Subscription , One Nation One Subscription India: The Modi government has taken many important decisions in the cabinet meeting. On the one hand, PAN 2.0 has been approved. On the other hand, the central government has implemented One Nation One Subscription (One Nation One Subscription India) to speed up research and innovation . Under this scheme, students and researchers of research and development institutions of central government and state government will be provided the facility to read research articles and journals of international scholars ( One Nation One Subscription Kya Hai ) . For this, the government will spend Rs 6000 crore. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that this will provide high-quality resources to students and researchers for free.

One Nation One Subscription: 1.8 crore students will get the benefit

The Ministry of Education issued a press release informing that about 1.8 crore students, teachers, and scientists will benefit from this scheme. Here, students and researchers will be able to read all the important journals and articles from around the world. 30 major international journal publishers will be included in this. About 13,000 e-journals published by these publishers will now be delivered to more than 6,300 government higher institutions and research and development institutes of the central government.

One Nation One Subscription India: What is One Nation One Subscription

The government will spend around 6000 crores for this scheme. All higher education departments will have a One Nation One Subscription. Through which the institutions will be able to access these articles and journals. The government said that the Research National Research Foundation (ANRF) will review the subscription and use of publications of Indian authors of these institutions from time to time. The objective of this scheme is to provide access to research articles and journal publications of international scholars to students, teachers, and researchers of all higher education institutions.

One Nation One Subscription Policy: Students will benefit

With One National One Subscription, students will be able to easily readthe  research of journal publishers. A completely digital system will be made for this. About 1.8 crore students, teachers, and researchers will benefit from this.
