Pakistan today defeated UAE by 114 runs in the group match of the Emerging Asia Cup. Batting first, Pakistan scored 179 runs at the loss of four wickets in 20 overs. Chasing this target was not easy for a team like UAE. The team batted for 16.3 overs and scored only 65 runs after losing all the wickets. This gave Pakistan a big victory. Pakistan's net run rate has also increased considerably. However, even if Pakistan had just won, the job would have been done. But this victory would have definitely increased its confidence, which was looking a bit weak after the defeat to Team India. 

Teams from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan reached the semi-finals.

Now if we talk about the teams that have reached the semi-finals, India and Pakistan have confirmed their place in the semi-finals from Group B, while Sri Lanka and Afghanistan have managed to reach the next round from Group A. UAE and Oman have been eliminated from India's group. Bangladesh and Hong Kong have been eliminated from the other group. 

India will face Afghanistan in the semi-finals. 

Now if we talk about the semi-final lineup, then in the first semi-final, Sri Lanka and Pakistan teams are going to face each other. In the second match, India will face Afghanistan. The first semi-final will start on October 25 at 2:30 in the afternoon, while the second match will be played on the same day at 7:00 in the evening. Both the semi-finals will be played in a single day. After this, the final match will be played on October 27, whichever team wins this match will be called the champion.
