Police have said through the Facebook post that the suspects seen in the red circle in the pictures below are wanted. If anyone's face matches the picture given below, please inform us directly or through your respective police station. Kolkata Police has released 60 photos on social media, in which red marks have been put on the photos of more than 50 people.
13 people arrested so far
Kolkata Police has started action against the miscreants who vandalized the government hospital in Kolkata. Police have arrested 3 more people on charges of rioting. A total of 13 people have been arrested in this case so far. Meanwhile, the local court has sent the 12 arrested people to police custody till August 22.
Suvendu demanded the deployment of paramilitary forces
Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Assembly and BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari has written a letter to Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla and CBI Director regarding the attack on RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. Adhikari has requested the deployment of paramilitary forces to prevent further destruction of evidence in the hospital.
