Rajasthan CET Score Validity Extend : Bhajanlal government of Rajasthan has announced a big relief to the candidates. The announcement giving relief to the candidates was made in the cabinet meeting held in the Chief Minister's Office on Saturday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. The cabinet decided to make the validity of CET score 3 years instead of 1 year in the Rajasthan Subordinate and Clerical Class Service (Uniform Eligibility Test) Rules, 2022.

Giving information about this decision of the cabinet, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara said that in the Rajasthan Subordinate and Clerical Class Service (Uniform Eligibility Test) Rules, 2022, the validity of CET score will now be for 3 years instead of 1 year. For this, amendment in the rules has been approved. He informed that due to the validity of CET score being one year, the number of candidates in the next CET exam held every year was increasing. The board has to face financial burden and difficulty when a large number of applications are received. Therefore, it has been decided to make the validity period of CET score 3 years, which will also provide great relief to the candidates.

Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara said that Hostel Superintendent (Male) Grade-2 and Hostel Superintendent (Female) Grade-2 coming under Rajasthan Tribal Area Development State and Subordinate Services Rules, 2001 are being included in Schedule-1 (Graduate Level) of Common Eligibility Test. As a result of this amendment, the posts of Tribal Area Development Department will be included in CET, due to which the candidates will get the opportunity to be selected for more posts.
