Rasha Threatani, who is the daughter of Raveena Tandon is set to make her debut in a movie Azaad, which will also feature Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgan in it. The love that was shown towards the song Uyi Amma was commendable and the rasha was supported by its song. Still, she acknowledged that she does not experience much of a reaction from her parents.

Rasha Parents Reaction to Uyi Amma Dance Number

Rasha in a recent interview to Etimes, Rasha explained how her parents feel towards Uyi Amma. “Yes, my mother is very supportive. She wants me to keep improving but yes I do not get much of a response from my father and mother. They encourage me to be modest and remain low key. If you receive an abundance of affection from your family, that love can treat you as it would any other, that’s too much for any individual. So, they are very restricted with their love, which I am very grateful for. I feel a lot more centered and calm because of that,” she has talked openly about it.

Rasha On Balancing Between Studying and Acting

Rasha is considering of carrying on with the family tradition that is Raveena even completed her schooling after becoming a film star. Rasha commented, “I was still in the twelfth grade when I went for the filming. I finished the recording before school, then went back for college. Currently, however, I am still pursuing a degree in business management. But she’s still attempting to find a balance between acting and school since she’s only in her first year.” She also added, “Even the day after I completed ‘Uyi Amma’ filming, I went for my business exam. I prepared for my exams prior to the movie.

I was only given one day to study for this. And on the very next day of my Photoshoot for ‘Uyi Amma' I had an important exam due. I am interested in knowing my marks as well,” she chuckled.

The duo of Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor produced Azaad. The film is set to be released on January 17.
