Flats Demand In Delhi-NCR: The atmosphere starts changing with the arrival of Navratri and Diwali. People who had not booked flats till now, are seen getting ready for booking this time. Most of them are buying houses for living i.e. as end users, while the number of such buyers who are looking for investment purposes is also not less. This time the demand for bigger flats has increased more than for smaller flats.
Why are people buying bigger houses?
It is said that the one who reads and understands the demands of the times is always ahead of others. In the recent past, people have been seen showing more interest in home matters, especially luxury homes. The rest of the expenses may be less, but the house must be a little bigger. Anyway, a house is not bought again and again. Middle-class families hardly get to have a home of their own. Actually, during the Corona period, the importance of extra space was understood from working from home and education from home. It was also becoming difficult to give a separate room when someone was sick. Therefore, now the demand for 3 or 4 BHK flats has increased instead of 2 BHK.
Delhi-NCR again gained momentum.
Neeraj K Mishra, Executive Director of Ganga Realty, says that the way many recent realty reports have shown the boom in the real estate market, it is clear that Delhi-NCR has again caught its pace. Covid has also played an important role in this, due to which now the demand for big and luxury houses is being seen more, and most of the new projects launched have been luxury projects. We have given a discount of up to 25 lakhs on our luxury project Anantam this festive season, due to which a lot of enthusiasm has been seen among the buyers.
At the same time, the year 2023 has been a very good year for real estate, while in 2024 real estate is now being seen as a luxury market. In Navratri, the inquiries of end-user home buyers are being seen the most, in which buyers of 3 and 4 BHK flats are showing the most interest. In NCR, Gurugram is currently in the news for its luxury floors.
The festive season is good for real estate.
Saransh Trehan, MD, Trehan Homes Developer, said that the festive season in India brings a boom in economic activity, which has a special impact on the real estate market. And is good for buyers/investors. On behalf of the group, we are offering free home maintenance by JLL for the next two years, free air conditioning rooms,, and fully equipped modular kitchens in our ultra-luxury project Trehan Homes (expected to be delivered by December 2024) in Sector 71, Gurgaon Sohna Road.
