Real Life Weight Loss: Jitin posted a video on Instagram, in which he told how he reduced his weight from 105 kg to 70 kg. In this video, he told about the diet he followed throughout the day which helped him lose weight. Jatin called it a South Indian diet plan and according to his claim, this diet leads to rapid fat loss. It contains information about his morning routine, breakfast, lunch etc.

Morning routine: Morning routine for weight loss

At 6:30 in the morning, drink 1 glass of warm water with lemon. After this, if you wish, drink black coffee or green tea without sugar. Have breakfast at 8:00 in the morning, which includes 2 boiled eggs, which will give 12 grams of protein. Then 2 small idlis with sambar, which will give 4-5 grams of protein.

Or you can also do this, eat 1 cup sprouted moong dal salad in the morning, it will give about 15 grams of protein. Then 1 dosa with chutney, it contains 5 grams of protein.

Afternoon routine: Lunch for weight loss

11:00 AM Have a light breakfast which includes a handful of roasted peanuts with 1 cup buttermilk, you will get about 10 grams of protein from this. Have lunch at 1 pm, in which eat 1 cup of brown rice or millet with 1 cup of dal or sambar, this will give about 10 grams of protein. Along with this, eat fried vegetables with 1 cup of coconut and take 100 grams of grilled chicken or fish. This will give 25 grams of protein. If you want a vegetarian option, then instead of chicken or fish, you can take 100 grams of paneer or tofu.

For snack at 4:00 pm, drink 1 cup of unsweetened masala tea or green tea. Along with it, eat 2 boiled egg whites or a handful of roasted gram. This will provide 8 to 10 grams of protein.

Night routine: Dinner diet plan for weight loss

Have dinner at 7:00 pm in which eat 1 cup of millet dosa or wheat dosa. Along with this drink 1 cup of spinach or drumstick soup, this will give you 5 grams of protein. Along with this eat 100 grams of grilled fish or chicken. If you want vegetarian food then eat 1 cup of lentils or rajma curry with 2 multigrain rotis. This will easily give you 12-15 grams of protein. After dinner at 9:00 pm drink 1 glass of warm turmeric milk mixed with 1 teaspoon of protein powder.

Jitin also suggests that while following this diet, avoid eating fried or high-calorie foods and use minimal oil or ghee while cooking. Stay hydrated throughout the day and take a 10-15 minute walk after meals and for digestion. This will help in weight loss.
