The loss of the Reliance Group company in the July-September quarter a year ago has finally turned into a big profit. Now the bank loan on Reliance Power has also become zero. Let us tell you that from a loss of Rs 237.76 crore in the July-September 2023 quarter, Anil Ambani's Reliance Power is now back in profit. It has come into profit due to an extraordinary profit of Rs 3,230.42 crore, which is attributed to the deconsolidation of a subsidiary company.
Reliance Power Q2 Results FY25
The company reported a profit of Rs 2,878.15 crore in the quarter, which is much higher than the loss in the same quarter of the previous financial year. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, Reliance Power's profit has improved from a loss of Rs 98.28 crore.
The company's income stood at Rs 1,759.81 crore in the second quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 2,037.80 crore in the same quarter last year. Reliance Power's Q2FY25 EBITDA stood at Rs 376 crore. The company said that it now has no debt.
Reliance Power Net Worth
The Ambani-led power generation company reported its net worth at Rs 14,393 crore in the quarter, up Rs 2779 crore from the same quarter a year ago. For July-September 2024, Reliance Power's total income stood at Rs 1,963 crore.

Reliance Power's stock is showing weakness on Wednesday. At around 11:15 am, its stock is trading at Rs 36.89 on BSE, down by Rs 1.59 or 4.13 percent.
