New Delhi: WWE’s debut RAW telecast on Netflix marks the end to 1,649 RAW episodes along with the TV cut. However, WWE greeted fans in the latest installment of the era which commenced from Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. He was instantly applauded by fans in attendance while he applauded WWE for their transition to netflix. 

Johnson talked about the Tribal combat main event between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa, for which he came to “support” Sikoa during the show’s promo. He emerged as the original Tribal Leader and endorsed Reigns in the match. The Tribal combat match was next, and it was headlined by Reigns and Sikoa, the opening bout for the night’s main event. 

In addition, Sikoa was defeated, and with fellow family members by his side, Reigns was crowned the new ‘Head of the Table’. Reigns reclaimed Ula Fala, and in the ring after the fight, Paul Heyman appeared and bowed before Reigns, only for the fans to chant ‘The Rock’s Name’ as he entered the ring. 

He snatched the Ula Fala from Heyman and shoved it around Reigns’ neck, shocking the fans enough that the entire arena erupted in ‘OTC’ chants.

John Cena appeared in the arena wearing a towel with the inscription “The last time is now” and ran to the ring. Cena expressed his gratitude towards Netflix for the opportunity and praised WWE explaining that he could not ask for a better venue to begin the sendoff tour.

Cena was exhilarated and said that he will not be returning to another Royal Rumble after this one so he would make every attempt to win it and then move on and challenge for the WWE championship at WrestleMania 41. His 17th championship reign is what he is aiming for with WWE.
