Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024-25 Registration: National Testing Agency ( NTA ) has started the online registration-cum-application process for All India Sainik School Entrance Examination or AISSEE , 2025. Thousands of parents in the country want to educate their children in Sainik School, but for admission in Sainik School, one has to clear the entrance test, for which one has to register online first. Let us tell you, offline examination will be conducted to select candidates for admission in class 6 and 9 in Sainik schools across the country for the academic year 2025-26. This exam will be taken on OMR sheet.

Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024-25 Date

The online registration window has opened today, December 25. It will close on January 13 at 5 pm. The last date for fee payment is January 14.

Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024-25 Fee

The exam fee for General, OBC-NCL, Defence and Ex-Servicemen category candidates is Rs 800. The exam fee for SC and ST category candidates is Rs 650.

The exam will be conducted all over India

As mentioned in the information bulletin, this exam will be conducted in 190 cities across India. The exam date and admit card release date for AISSEE 2025 will be announced later.

AISSEE 2025: Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Sainik School

For admission to Class 6, candidates must be between 10 and 12 years of age as on March 31, 2025. This means they must have been born between April 1, 2013, and March 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).

Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024-25 Information Bulletin

Girls can apply for admission in class 6 in all Sainik Schools.

For admission to Class 9, candidates must be between 13 and 15 years of age as on March 31, 2025 (they must have been born between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2012). Admission of girl students to Class 9 is subject to availability of seats.

Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024-25

The exam duration for class 6 is 150 minutes, and for class 9 is 180 minutes. The class 6 exam will be conducted from 2 PM to 4:30 PM and class 9 exam will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM.
