Sharad Purnima Lakshmi Puja Vidhi

• Lakshmi Puja is considered to be of special importance to Sharad Purnima. It is said that this puja helps in getting rid of financial problems.
• For Lakshmi puja on the day of Sharad Purnima, first, purify the place of worship with Ganga water.
• Then take a Kalash and put five types of grains, some Gangajal, coins, Mauli, curd, honey, mango leaf, and coconut in it. Fill the Kalash with water and put a flag of mango leaf on it.
• Then install the idol of Goddess Lakshmi on a red cloth.
• Light a ghee lamp in front of the Mother.
• After this, offer flowers, Akshat, Roli, sandalwood, etc. to the Mother Goddess.
• Then offer kheer, fruits, and sweets to the Goddess. Also, keep chanting the mantras of Goddess Lakshmi in your mind.
• In the end, perform the Aarti of the Mother Goddess.
• After this, offer water to the moon at night. Then let the kheer remain under the moonlight for the whole night.
• Consume the kheer as prasad the next day.
