Senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has been hospitalised at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi, sources confirmed on Thursday. The 78-year-old leader is reportedly in stable condition and is expected to be discharged on Friday.
According to hospital officials, Gandhi was admitted at 8:30 AM due to stomach-related concerns. She underwent a routine medical examination and is currently under observation, but there is no cause for concern, PTI reported.
A team of specialist doctors is monitoring her health, and further updates are awaited.
