Stocks To Watch 06 November: Early indicators for the domestic market are indicating a quiet start for the SGX Nifty Sensex and Nifty. At 7:50 am it was trading at 24,270. There was a gain of only half a point. On the other hand, yesterday all three major US stock market indices - Dow Jones, Nasdaq, and S&P 500 - closed with a gain of more than 1%. JSW Steel

JSW Steel reported consolidated crude steel production of 22.81 lakh tonnes for October 2024, down 1% over the same month last year. Production at its Indian operation was impacted due to temporary maintenance at a blast furnace at the Dolvi plant.

NMDC

The board of NMDC is scheduled to meet on November 11 to declare its Q2 FY25 results and consider issuance of bonus shares.

Premier Explosives

Premier Explosives has bagged an order worth Rs 89.20 crore from Singareni Collieries for the supply of SME Explosives, LDC Explosives, and ancillary equipment for OB blasting in SCCL opencast projects, to be completed in two years.

The board of Indian Hotels Company has approved a proposal to acquire 55% equity shares in Rajscape Hotels Pvt Ltd for over Rs 18 crore. The company manages 16 boutique properties under the brand "Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels" across India.

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX)

The Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) traded 9,642 MUs of electricity in October 2024, a growth of 4% year-on-year. The exchange also traded 4.44 lakh Renewable Energy Certificates, a growth of 105% over the previous year.

RITES

RITES has received an order worth Rs 36.36 crore from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for retrofit work on RS-1 trains.
