The Company's subsidiary, JSW Renew Energy II Limited, has commissioned 300 MW wind power capacity under Tranche X of Solar Energy Corporation of India's 450 MW ISTS-connected wind power project located at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.

Adani Green Energy and Adani Power

Adani Green Energy will enter into a long-term power purchase agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the supply of 5 GW (5000 MW) of solar power from the world's largest renewable energy park being developed at Khavda in Kutch district of Gujarat.

Royal Orchid

The company has received an arbitration award (winning a decision in a dispute) which includes a refund of a security deposit of Rs 2,14,26,000 and damages of Rs 25,00,000 from Rock Reality Pvt Ltd. The award was pronounced on September 10, 2024.

EIH Limited

The company in its board meeting has approved the investment to develop a mixed use project in Pune. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 972 crore.

GMR Airports

In August, passenger traffic grew 9 percent year-on-year and 0.1 percent month-on-month to 10.6 million. Domestic passenger traffic grew 7.4 percent year-on-year.
