After months of anticipation, Salman Khan has officially wrapped up filming for his upcoming action-drama "Sikandar", co-starring Rashmika Mandanna. Following the final shoot, the superstar bid farewell to the rugged bearded look he had maintained for the film, opting for his signature clean-shaven appearance.
Salman Khan’s Post-Shoot Transformation
A source close to the production shared,
"It was a patch-work sequence between Salman and Rashmika in Bandra, and the team finished the shoot around 8:30 PM. Right after the shoot, Salman cleaned his beard, which he had been keeping for his look in Sikandar. In real life, Salman always prefers a clean-shaven look."
This change in appearance quickly caught fans’ attention, with pictures of Salman’s fresh look going viral on social media.
‘Sikandar’ Shoot Comes to an End
The final phase of filming took place in Mumbai, featuring Salman, Rashmika, director A.R. Murugadoss, and producer Sajid Nadiadwala. Though the primary shoot was completed in January, the team regrouped in February and March to finish additional patchwork scenes and a promotional song.
A production insider revealed:
"The edit is locked, and work is progressing on color grading, VFX, and background score. The final prints of 'Sikandar' will be completed in the next five days, marking the start of the countdown for its theatrical release."
