BPSC Exam : The case of demanding cancellation of 70th prelims exam of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has now reached the Supreme Court. According to the information, the petition has demanded cancellation of BPSC prelims exam. The petition has also demanded action against the SP and DM of the district responsible for the lathicharge on the protesting students. Allegations of widespread rigging have been made in the petition and a demand has been made to get it investigated by the CBI under the chairmanship of a retired Supreme Court judge. According to the petitioner, a demand has been made to the Supreme Court registry for an early hearing on this matter and the registry has assured to list it before the appropriate bench for hearing on Tuesday, January 7.

Prashant Kishor formed Youth Satyagraha Committee

Meanwhile, Prashant Kishor, founder of Jan Suraj, who is on a fast unto death at Gandhi Maidan in Patna demanding cancellation of the 70th preliminary examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), said on Sunday that a new organization Yuva Satyagraha Samiti has been formed in Bihar. Announcing this, he said that it has students from all parties and ideologies. Prashant Kishor said at Gandhi Maidan in Patna that this committee is 51-membered, which will fight not only for BPSC but also for every problem of students in Bihar.
