Take 1 glass of water, add 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1 small piece of jaggery (5 grams), and 1 teaspoon turmeric, and boil it on a medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Then filter it and drink it sip by sip when it is warm. If you are overweight then you can add juice of half a lemon to it. This will help in reducing weight.

How much to consume

  • If your periods are late by 3-4 months, drink this tea every morning for 12 weeks.
  • If your period is delayed by 1-2 months, start it 2 weeks before your period until you get your period.
  • If your period is delayed by 15-25 days, take it exactly one week before your period until your period arrives.
