Instead of this dangerous oil, you should use mustard oil and olive oil for cooking.

2. Fried, sweet snacks

Many people keep namkeen, chips, rusks, mathri, namkeen, fried and salted nuts etc. in the kitchen to eat with tea and coffee. Most people eat these thinking they are healthy. But let us tell you that these are very dangerous for health.
